After his services to Bhojpuri and Hindi cinema as an actor, Ravi Kishan today began his new innings by formally joining the Bharatiya Janata Party in the presence of national president Amit Shah.
Ravi Kishan was seen along with BJP MP and Delhi unit chief Manoj Tiwari as they went on to have a brief meeting with Bharatiya Janata Party national President Amit Shah.
Meeting took place at the party headquarters on 11 Ashoka Road and following his meeting with senior political leaders of BJP, Ravi stated that he has joined the party as BJP thinks for the poor and he further mentioned that his focus is on development not on insulting others.
Manoj Tiwari earlier took to the micro blogging website Twitter to declare Ravi Kishan’s decision to join the BJP. Ravi Kishan had earlier served for the Congress party and now with his inclusion in the Bharatiya Janata Party amidst Uttar Pradesh assembly polls; there might be a slight advantage for the BJP.
