Lucknow: Pragya International Trust organized a Sarva Dharma Prarthana Sabha for peace among nations, especially among America and North Korea. at Indira Nagar Lucknow. The tension between the United States and North Korea is at the peak due to which the possibility of war between the two countries is increasing, if that happens then the existence of human civilization on earth will be in crisis. Nuclear war today will lead to great suffering for the whole human race, if not to total annihilation.
The purpose to organize Sarv Dharm Prarthana Sabha was To pray for The mitigation of growing hostility Between America and North Korea And for Attainment of global peace feeling this destruction, Pragya International Trust organized a prayer meeting with the peace loving people of the society and various spiritual / religious people in Indira Nagar, Lucknow.
Dr. Bhanu welcomed all the religious /spiritual leaders in the prayer meeting. The program was inaugurated by lamp lighting and present peace – lovers with the prayers of all religions. After that, Buddhist, Hindu, Islam, Sikh, Christian, Jain religious people made alternate prayers. The program included distinguished representatives of different religions. Concluding remarks given by Mr Pramil Dwivedi and The program was conducted by Prof. Kirti Narayan.
Founder Managing Trustee of Pragya International Trust Pramil Dwivedi said that ” Prayer has great spiritual power, if said with the right intention and with abiding faith and true humility. May God, the eternally loving and ever merciful Parent of all humankind, bless and your noble initiatives.”
Mr Dwivedi has urged the religious leaders of all religions to come forward to reduce the growing tension in the nations. He said that in view of this, I request all the religious leaders of the world to come forward to solve this crisis and include this vivid issue in our prayer gatherings. He said that we should come forward to protect humanity because if the war sparks then it will be widespread at destruction.
The Founder Member of Pragya International, Dr. Kirti Narain, said that like mantra , spiritual practice and meditation that lead to unity with the Almighty, prayer is also a form of an enlightened method to connect with the highest consciousness. Along with this prayer also had an immense social and psychological significance. She also quoted excerpts from the speech delivered by Martin Luther King III, when she had shared the stage with him, and he had spoken extensively about the need for global peace and harmony.
Explaining the importance of the effect of prayer, Shriram Prapatti Peeth Trust President, Soumitracharya explained that prayer never goes to waste.
Sardar Narender Singh Monga from Sikhism said that like mantra yoga, Japa yoga, laya yoga etc. prayer is also yoga, the purpose of which is to combine you with divine power. Prayer is a verb of high spiritual practice but there is also social-psychological importance of prayer together.
Collective prayer gatherings will be organized in place – under future events. And a memorandum of mass appeals to reduce the growing tension will be sent to America and North Korea through their embassies in India.
