Los Angeles: The very famous dancer-singer Shakira, who has two sons, describes being a mother not an easy task. She even dubbed the responsibility as the toughest work she has ever done in life, placing it ahead of belly-dancing and singing in terms of difficulty.
While Fisher Price’s Happy Factor Panel here, which was focused on challenges you a woman faces during early motherhood days, Shakira explained she always had to keep taking help from internet researching and reading on motherhood and tasks.
“I’m one of those tiger moms, who is all the time looking for help and information online and researching and reading. It’s not easy to be a mother,” the singer said on Thursday in New York City.
“It’s one of the most difficult things I’ve done in my life, I’ve been on the most challenging stages performing in front of really demanding audiences and I’ve been meeting with world leaders who sometimes make you a little bit apprehensive, but nothing has made me so self-conscious as being a mom,” she added.
The “Waka Waka” hitmaker also said that she used to wonder everyday that was she doing the right thing.
“I just want to improve in the job, the hardest job on earth.”
