As many as three terrorists got killed while they attacked BSF 182 battalion camp near Srinagar airport today morning in Jammu and Kashmir. On the other hand four BSF jawans were injured, according to reports. It has been learnt that heavy blasts and firing are underway.
Following the attack on BSF camp, no employee or passenger or vehicle are being allowed to go towards the Airport. According to TV reports, Jaish-e-Mohammad has claimed responsibility.
The attack at the 182 battalion camp in Humhama took place at 4.30 a.m. “Three BSF men and a policeman were injured. Firing is ongoing,” according to BSF officials.
As the militants entered the camp’s administrative block, they were surrounded by the forces, according to the police. “It was a suicide attack. Two militants have been killed while an operation against other holed-up militants inside the camp is ongoing,” police sources said.
